If you’d like to give a donation to celebrate our Te Araroa adventure, the Neurological Foundation funds research and promotes awareness of neurological conditions. They don’t have a dedicated migraine research programme (yet!) but given that many of the drugs that are used to treat migraine were originally designed for other diseases, and the brain is still a mysterious and poorly explored universe, support for neurological research may well benefit migraineurs, and many others, in the future.
And a shout out to Prime Pump, Tony’s former employers, who generously donated $500 to the previous donation page from everyday hero. Unfortunately, a month after I signed up, they announced they was shutting down so I had to create a new page with the Neurological Foundation. But the donation was received with gratitude.
